VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR 2019!
Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the McMinnville Holiday Market at The Bindery Event Space! We have select openings available and do our best to choose locally made and sourced products, as well as provide opportunity for our shoppers to experience new vendors each market. We prefer to have one vendor per product type (florals, jewelry, jam, etc.) so please be sure to explain how your product would be a good fit for our market!
Dates for 2019 McMinnville Holiday Market:
November 29th, 30th & December 1st (10:00 am - 6:00 pm)
December 20th, 21st & 22nd (10:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Applications open through September 30th, selected vendors will be notified by October 15th.
For a second year, the McMinnville Night Market will return on the first day of the Holiday Market - November 29th - from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Join us for a fun, nighttime market event including food trucks, drinks, shopping and music!
For returning vendors - you may notice that we’re only doing the market two weekends again this year. That means, that after each weekend, your booth will have to be taken down. If you are applying for both weekends, please plan on setting up and breaking down both weekends.
*The McMinnville Holiday Market is a unique opportunity because we provide the staff, marketing, and packaging for all of our vendors. That means you just have to create your products, and a beautiful display, and we ring up all of the sales. We think this provides for a better shopping experience for our customers and it means you have your weekends free to do other markets (or relax!). We provide this service in exchange for a 20% fee on all sales to cover our expenses. We deduct the fee from the payments made to vendors after each weekend. (The booth fee is in addition to the charge and is due upon acceptance to the market).
